Operating Systems and Hardware IT emerged from a 40-year history in phone system and voice network consulting. With Voice over IP's rise, dependency on external IT support grew, especially in smaller businesses reliant on an "IT guy". To address this, we launched our own IT services, drawing on our experience in directing IT personnel on network fixes, service configurations, and MS Windows issues. Often, our expertise surpassed theirs. Now, we offer dedicated services for computers, phones, and network infrastructure, leveraging our comprehensive knowledge in these areas.
