I support small businesses and individuals who use Apple computers, iPhones, iPads, and other Apple technology. Conversant with Windows as well. No contracts; simple hourly rates. PASSWORD MANAGEMENT AND ONLINE SECURITY are a major focus. I style myself as the I.T. person for the company that's too little to keep a full-time I.T. person on the payroll. Familiar with the needs of design, engineering, architecture, real estate, law, photography and retail businesses. I provide remote support when convenient, and on-site and in-home visits when required. Always cheerful; often charmingly profane. I train users, back up data, set up WiFi, migrate data, set up email accounts, advise on hardware upgrades and purchases, and speak plain English.
