CyberKnights, a product of Rofori Corporation, is at the intersection of employers, academia, training providers, and talent for the purposes of enabling cybersecurity talent assessment, development, and retention. The CyberKnights portal leverages the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Framework in a multitude of ways. Talent can be assessed against the NICE Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Tasks (KSATs) and matched with employers, academia, and training providers. Additional capabilities include cybersecurity-focused career track mapping and the ability for training providers, academia and employers to manage talent in an effort to enable life-long career management within the cybersecurity workforce.
