From humble beginnings working out of a garage, the Adank family behind the local IT company Itechra has a knack for seizing opportunities, especially in providing IT Support and IT services to small and midsize businesses. After nearly a decade in network consulting, founder Roger Adank shifted gears to his entrepreneurial passion, starting Itechra in January 2001. His vision was to offer unique IT Support, and value-added technology solutions in the Winona area. Roger’s early success led to his son Ben joining the team, helping to expand Itechra's MSP reach and impact.
