M7 Services is an Information Technology (IT) Managed Services Provider (MSP) that was founded in 2013, with its first client being a hotel located in Houston, TX. Since then, M7 Services has grown into a full-service remote IT company, offering comprehensive services including assessment, recommendations, deployment, support, project management, professional services, monitoring, and security. Over the past decade, M7 has grown organically, becoming the largest MSP in the Hospitality market. This growth has been fueled by customer referrals and large-scale RFP wins, enabling M7 to service more than 15,000 end nodes while maintaining a 98% CSAT.
