We largely help with correcting issues the customer can't figure out. Initial triage of the machine's problems is not charged. Once past that point, the customer owes a minimum of one hour at (currently) $80 an hour; additional time spent is prorated at 15-minute increments to save customers money. Discounts may also occur. All work is logged, with time spent in each phase noted; start and end time of each phase noted in digital 24-hour time (i.e.: 14.25 being 2:15pm) to streamline calculation of hours worked. Some work is charged a flat rate, rather than the number of hours. This usually results in savings for the customer. Work on weekends is billed at 150% higher. Admin access required for most repair, so need password. Not kept.
