The Computer Doctor was founded by Jason Hise, a mechanical engineer from the auto industry who became disturbed by the immense amount of complaints from people who brought their computers to the large repair shops. He started repairing computers in Tuscaloosa and surrounding towns and by word of mouth the doctor's customer base grew to what it is today. Computer Doctor was originally located in Northport, AL and was there since 2014. Recently the shop has been relocated to 700 23rd Street East Suite A, Tuscaloosa, AL 35476.
